In spite of various means of conservation and transfer of knowledge through out history, The press and recently the internet from one of the greatest and most forms of containment and transfer of knowledge. And the Internet is the most popular and wide spread mean and it has the ability to interact with people.
The Internet is also one of the most peaceful means in the application of the principle of freedom of expression which it guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and which it protected by the constitutions of all nations. The policies of with holding of the Internet sites and closure of the news papers by decisions of the executive authority are in compatible policies with the right of every one to have access to knowledge and interaction with it and taking suitable and the addendum to it what ever the with holding pretexts were. This right should not be wasting available to any one whether he is individual , group , organization or nation. Accordingly , we undersigned's express of our fully rejection of the policy of with holding and the policy of closure of newspapers by any pretext and by any side it issned. We stress that we will hot commit ourselves to any decision of this kind and we will work hard to continue the delivery of knowledge in all possible ways to every one who wishes it.
