K.B.X.19.01.2009 ردت محكمة النقض السورية غرفة الإحالة الطلب
المقدم من هيئة الدفاع عن المعتقل المهندس مشعل التمو الناطق
الرسمي باسم تيار المستقبل الكوردي في سوريا، وقررت إحالته إلى
إحدى محاكم الجنايات بدمشق.
وجدير بالذكر أن التمو قد اعتقل بتاريخ 15/8/2008 وأحيل إلى القصر
العدلي في دمشق بتاريخ 26/8/2008م.
ومن جهة أخرى وفي دمشق أيضاً:
تم تأجيل محاكمة الأستاذ حبيب الصالح تولد 1947م.
والجدير بالذكر أن السيد حبيب الصالح قد اعتقل في 6 أيار من عام
2008م يعتقد أنه تم اعتقاله على خلفية نشره لبعض المقالات في
الانترنت.
إننا في اللجنة الكردية لحقوق الإنسان (الراصد) نعتبر أن استمرار
اعتقال المهندس مشعل التمو والأستاذ حبيب الصالح انتهاك للمواثيق
والعهود الدولية التي وقعت عليها سوريا، ونطالب بالإفراج الفوري
عنهما وعن كافة معتقلي الرأي في سوريا.

Damascus on 20/1/2009
K.B.X.19.01.2009 Received the Syrian Chamber of the Court of
Cassation referral request made by the defense for detainee Al
Meshal Altamo Spokesman Kurdish Future Movement in Syria, and
decided to transmit it to a criminal court in Damascus.
It should be noted that Altamo on 15/8/2008, was arrested and
referred to the Justice Palace in Damascus on 26/8/2008 Greg.
On the other side, Damascus also:
Has been postponed the trial of Mr. Habib generate interest in
1947.
It should be noted that Mr. Habib Saleh was arrested on 6 May
2008 are believed to have been arrested on the background of
some of the articles published on the Internet.
We are in the Kurdish Committee for Human Rights (observer)
consider that the continued detention of Al-Meshal Altamo
Professor Habib Saleh violation of international covenants and
conventions that have been signed by Syria, and we demand the
immediate release of all detainees and their opinion in Syria.
